Scaffolding spindles

Layher supplies a full range of baseplates and head jacks including bearing and equalising plates:


  • Height-adjustable to adapt to the site contours.
  • Load capabilities of spindle cross-section as per DIN EN 12811-1, Annex B.
  • Robust and self-cleaning round thread.
  • Overwind protection using coloured and notched markings.

Lattice beams

Layher supplies a type-tested range of lattice beams made from either steel or aluminium. These are designed for the connection of scaffolding couplers.

Lattice beams are used to build:

Couplers
Layher supplies a comprehensive range of scaffolding couplers with screw and wedge connections in drop-forged steel as per DIN EN 74-1 or with general building authority approval from the DIBt (German Civil Engineering Institute).

Example: Rapid Coupler

  • Available as a double or swivel coupler.
  •  Considerably simplified screwing and tightening of the collar nuts.
  • Extensive approval in bulding authority Z-8.331-947.
  • Ease of maintenance and long service life thanks to self-cleaning thread.
  • 10 percent faster assembly thanks to larger thread pitch.

Transition decks
Layher supplies a range of products to cover over gaps.

Cover plate 320

  • Can be used for gap widths up to 20 cm.
  • Bolts are supplied for fastening.

Cover ledger 110 LW

  • Available in various lengths.
  • For gap-free covering between main scaffolding decks and bracket decks.

Telescoping U-system deck

    • Infinitely adjustable and quick to assemble.
    • For use up to load class 6, depending on deck length.
    • For covering over gaps in widths 40 mm – 255 mm.
    • No risk of stumbling thanks to the closed and gap-free deck level.
